Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, assess, and interpret data to answer key questions aimed at enhancing guest experience.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and uncover opportunities to improve business metrics.
- Investigate product usage patterns to highlight potential issues and recommend feature enhancements.
- Oversee production testing of new features to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage core eCommerce network operations.
- Work alongside product owners and engineering teams to manage defect resolution, ensuring a stable production environment.
- Assist with new product or brand rollouts by participating in system readiness checks and troubleshooting.
- Support high-volume peak seasons by executing critical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate from any stream with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment processes.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain systems and operations.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Domo.
