Job Description:
Selected candidates will undergo foundational training in various technologies before being deployed to live projects. Responsibilities may include:
- Model Development & Optimization: Building and fine-tuning ML models to address real business challenges.
- Feature Engineering & Experimentation: Designing robust features, tuning hyperparameters, and implementing scalable ML solutions.
- Data Engineering Collaboration: Working with data engineers to ensure clean, usable datasets for training and inference.
- End-to-End ML Lifecycle: Deploying, monitoring, and improving models in production.
- MLOps Automation: Creating CI/CD pipelines for seamless model training and deployment.
- Computer Vision Projects: Developing Image and Video Analytics solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and related frameworks.
- Backend Development: Using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Cloud Technologies: Building solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Familiarity with NLP tasks (text classification, sentiment analysis, etc.)
- Awareness of modern Transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, T5)
- Experience building REST APIs (using OLlama or similar engines)
- Understanding of recommendation systems and real-time inference pipelines
- Strong programming skills in Python, pandas, and associated libraries
- Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPs, and Design Patterns
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical mindset and time management skills
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
