Your Role and Mission:
We are on the lookout for passionate and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Engineering, Process & Technology departments. This opportunity offers immersive exposure to the energy sector, where you’ll contribute to live projects and develop technical capabilities under the guidance of experienced mentors. The training is designed to help you build foundational skills, gain practical insights, and accelerate your professional development.

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, E&I, Chemical, or Petrochemical
- Pass-out Year: 2025 (Only fresh graduates without backlogs)
- Academic Performance: Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and all semesters of degree
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals
- Keen interest in core engineering roles
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and academic excellence
- Willingness to work in design, analysis, and field/site engineering
- Multitasking abilities and adaptability
- Collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to both team and individual contributions
