- Handle technical queries related to Razorpay’s APIs, plugins, and the complete product suite.
- Communicate and explain technical issues effectively to merchants and internal teams.
- Work closely with CXOs and highly skilled technical departments on solution design.
- Identify inconsistencies or unexpected behavior in Razorpay products and services.
- Offer prompt support to merchants by assisting with L2/L3 support tickets using product expertise and debugging skills.
- Log and track issues using Jira; collaborate with product and engineering teams to find solutions.
- Maintain records and updates through CRM tools like FreshDesk.
- Represent and advocate for Razorpay’s technical capabilities to clients and internal teams.
- Improve merchant satisfaction by solving technical problems without relying on the core development team.
- May be required to travel to client sites for resolving complex integration or product issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a logical and analytical approach.
- Ability to work independently on complex issues and drive resolution with minimal supervision.
- Updated knowledge or interest in the digital payments or payment gateway sector is a plus.
- Must understand multiple products and technical processes in-depth.
- Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one front-end technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular/Flutter/React Native) and one back-end language (Java/C++/Python/Go).
- A degree in B.Tech/M.Tech, along with internship experience in a technical role.
